GRIEVANCE MECHANISM & CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS SUPPORT

Have a complaint, grievance or just a comment about our service or an article? Don’t worry we are there to help you all along the process.

Your comments and feedback may help us improve our offerings, grow as individuals and improve the organisation’s sustainability.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Have a comment or a feedback: Just mail us at Connect@startupanz.com - Just write ‘FEEDBACK’ in CAPS - so that we take your query on an urgent basis.
  2. Have a compliant or grievance - Just mail us at Connect@startupanz.com - Just write ‘GRIEVANCE’ in CAPS - so that we take your query on an urgent basis.
  3. If you think your copyright has been violated or any image or a sentence has been taken without proper consent and you wish to redress that - Just write - “EDITORIAL COMPLAINT” in your email subject in CAPS to the same email id - and we will redress it asap.
  4. If you want to give general comments on how to improve our offerings, and product - just write - GENERAL FEEDBACK - in your email subject to the same email id and we will redress it asap.

Our Assurance: We promise to get back to you and redress or resolve the complaint fully within 10 days. If we cannot, we will keep you regularly updated every 10 days on the complaint escalation. We hope to close all complaints within 60 days of first receipt. We thank you for this opportunity given to us to improve our product.

PS: We have evolved since last several years, when we were launched as a small product inside a Auckland University Of Technology entrepreneurial cell in New Zealand. We have had our share of ups and downs in the first few  years of our operation - but that has led us to evolve our product. Your feedback will help us evolve.
