THE IDEA: What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?:
All Voice Lab solves the high cost, slow turnaround, and quality inconsistency of traditional video localization and dubbing. By combining AI-driven subtitle processing, voice cloning, and emotion-preserving text-to-speech in a single pipeline, we reduce days of manual work to minutes—making multilingual content truly scalable and affordable.
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
We started All Voice Lab while tackling the fast-growing Vietnamese short drama market. We realized how expensive and time-consuming multilingual video localization could be — and decided to build a better way. Now, we’re proud to help creators, platforms, and studios scale their global reach at a fraction of the traditional cost.
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:
Our typical users are digital content teams—streaming platforms, e-learning providers, indie studios, and marketing agencies—who need to deliver polished, localized videos to global audiences. They’re based everywhere from Beijing and London to Singapore and São Paulo, but share a common need: fast, cost-effective voice and video translation at scale.
LESSONS TO SHARE: What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?:
The three lessons we learnt are:
1. Solve Your Own Pain First: We built All Voice Lab after wrestling with expensive, fragmented dubbing workflows ourselves. If you’re not frustrated by the problem, you won’t build a solution people care about.
2. Automate the Critical Path: Focus early on automating the hardest, most time-consuming steps. For us that was prosody transfer and lip-sync;getting those right unlocked efficiency gains that wowed customers.
3.Iterate Quickly, Stay Lean: Launch minimal viable features, gather user feedback, then refine—don’t wait for “perfection.” Rapid, data-driven iterations helped us hit product-market fit faster
