Yumi, the co-founder of LEAD, brings valuable experience as a former country manager at Meitu in Japan. Her motivation for establishing LEAD stemmed from a profound belief that many individuals’ voices go unheard, leading her to address employee engagement challenges. Her dedication to HR tech and people analytics further drives her passion for improving workforce dynamics.
