Social media teams and businesses often struggle to stay consistent with their posting schedule, collaboration, and content planning. Ordinal solves this by providing an all-in-one platform to draft, plan, and schedule content across multiple channels — helping users save time, stay organized, and maintain a strong online presence effortlessly.
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
I came up with the idea for Ordinal when I noticed how many small businesses and marketing teams spent hours switching between spreadsheets, content calendars, and multiple scheduling tools. I wanted to create something simpler and more intelligent — a single dashboard where teams could collaborate, plan posts visually, and automate their scheduling. With a background in AI and productivity systems, I built Ordinal to make social media management faster, smarter, and more creative.
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:
Ordinal is designed for small to medium-sized businesses, marketing agencies, and content creators who want to simplify their social media workflows. Our users are usually digital marketers, entrepreneurs, and brand managers who manage multiple accounts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. They are often located in major digital markets such as the US, UK, and South Asia — focusing on growth, efficiency, and online visibility.
