The idea for Salestial AI came in early 2025 when we noticed that small and medium businesses were struggling with managing sales, tracking leads, and providing timely customer support. Observing the inefficiencies of manual processes, we envisioned an AI-powered platform to automate these tasks, streamline communication, and boost business productivity.

Our typical customers are small and medium businesses, sales and marketing teams, and customer support departments seeking AI-driven automation.
They are located globally, including tech-savvy enterprises and e-commerce businesses, aiming to streamline operations, improve lead qualification, enhance customer engagement, and boost overall productivity through intelligent AI solutions.
