THE IDEA: What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?:
We don’t have a comprehensive global AI-driven platform that would allow people to monetize their skills and hobbies in just about any imaginable topic of field. A platform that leverages on the integration of social tools to facilitate global community and networking with skill monetization, is almost non-existent.
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
Prashant has a successful entrepreneurship track record. He co-founded one of the largest design and innovation consulting firms in the Middle East region.
Sorted is his second entrepreneurial venture and the most audacious one. The ambition is to build the world’s largest and the most comprehensive skill monetization platform.
LESSONS TO SHARE: What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?:
Sorted is an AI-driven global platform for background-verified ‘Solvers’ and ‘Askers’. Solvers could be hobbyists, creators, professional experts, knowledge authorities, and/or social celebs.
The app enables Solvers to monetize interactions, gain an audience, and offer professional services to the Asker community in 1:1 and most purpose-driven manner.
On the other hand, the Asker community can get their daily Asks sorted via messaging and video calls with the Solver community. Sorted also happens to be the world’s only platform that allows monetization based on interaction time.
