THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
Nihad Yolchuyev – Graduated from Imperial College with distinction in Software Engineering, Nihad also holds a background in Applied Mathematics. As a founding engineer at Aurora, he built their pioneering real-time data platform used by industry giants like BP and Shell.
Formerly a VP at Goldman Sachs, he led teams and projects of various sizes in the equity capital market. With over 10 years of experience in hiring and conducting interviews, Nihad has recruited talent for both global enterprises and startups, often serving as the main technical decision-maker. He has conducted interviews across all levels, from graduates to CTOs, and also brings valuable perspective from his own experience interviewing as a candidate for top finance and tech organizations.
