What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?
The main problem Delta Sales App solves is the lack of visibility and control businesses face when managing field sales teams. Companies often rely on manual reporting, spreadsheets, phone calls, and delayed updates to track sales activities. This makes it difficult to know whether sales representatives are visiting the right customers, completing assigned tasks, following planned routes, and meeting their targets.

When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?
The idea for Delta Sales App came from observing the practical challenges businesses face while managing field sales teams. As sales operations grew, it became clear that managers needed better visibility into what was happening on the ground. Tracking field visits, attendance, customer interactions, orders, and daily performance through manual reports and spreadsheets was time-consuming and often resulted in delayed or incomplete information.

What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?
1. Solve a real problem
The best products come from understanding real challenges faced by businesses. We learned that listening to customers and identifying their everyday operational problems is more valuable than building features simply because they seem useful.
2. Keep improving based on feedback
A product is never truly finished. Customer feedback, changing market needs, and new technology constantly create opportunities to improve. Staying adaptable has helped us make Delta Sales App more practical and useful for field sales teams.
3. Focus on value, not just technology
Technology matters only when it creates measurable value for customers. Our focus has always been on helping businesses improve visibility, productivity, accountability, and decision-making. For aspiring entrepreneurs, building something that genuinely makes a customer’s work easier is more important than simply having a sophisticated product.
