Workflow86 is an all-in-one no-code workflow automation platform for complex business operations.
With a range of powerful built-in apps, Workflow86 focuses on consolidating more of the core tasks of a workflow into one platform, allowing users to:
–Automate workflows with fewer SaaS subscriptions
-Build more complex and powerful workflows
-Automate mission-critical workflows more reliably
-Consolidate business logic and data into one platform
-Still easily integrate with other apps when needed
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
After a stint in management consulting, I noticed that most organizations had the internal expertise to solve their operational problems but lacked the ability to turn this expertise into the custom tools they knew they needed.
Workflow86 offers the same ease of use and cloud-based scalability of no-code workflow automation tools like Zapier, but with more of the powerful built-in functionality of tools like Excel and regular code.
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:
Operations teams in scale-ups and growth stage companies, and individuals/teams within larger enterprise.
LESSONS TO SHARE: What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?:
1. Never assume how and what a user will do – test, observe and adjust. Users will do things you never expect them to do.
2. More features does not equal more value. Focus on adding value first.
3. Users will forgive a lot of bugs and shortcomings as long as you are helping them solve a pain point.
