Sprout solves this by using AI to automate the job search process — generating customized resumes, cover letters, and applying to jobs with one click. It helps candidates land interviews faster while saving hours of effort.

THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:

I came up with the idea for Sprout after watching how frustrating and repetitive job searching can be for qualified candidates. Writing unique cover letters and managing multiple applications took too much time. I wanted to build an AI tool that simplifies this process — helping users focus on opportunities, not paperwork. Sprout was born to make job searching faster, smarter, and stress-free.

WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:

Sprout is designed for students, graduates, freelancers, and professionals who are actively searching for jobs or planning a career change. Our customers are globally distributed, with a strong presence in North America, Europe, South Asia, and the Middle East.
