THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
I started Baraco AI after years of watching businesses struggle with the same problem: they knew AI could help them grow, but couldn’t find solutions that actually fit their workflow without a full tech team to manage it.
Baraco AI was built to bridge that gap. We design custom automation systems that handle lead generation, qualification, outreach, and follow-ups, so business owners can stop doing everything manually and start scaling without adding headcount.

Believe and have faith in your vision: Nobody is going to believe in your idea harder than you. If you’re waiting for validation before you start, you’ll be waiting forever. Trust the vision, move fast, and accept that some things will break along the way. That’s the cost of building something real.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help: Building a successful startup requires hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. Surround yourself with experienced entrepreneurs who can give you advice and help you achieve your goals.
Don’t be afraid to pivot: The idea you started with probably won’t be the idea that works. Pay attention to what the market is actually telling you, not what you want it to say. The founders who win aren’t the ones with the best first idea. They’re the ones who adapt the fastest.
