FOUNDER’S NAME: Martin Ebongué

THE IDEA: What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?:

AItasksynch integrates with calendar and task management tools to analyze a person’s tasks.

Using AI, it automatically determines which tasks should be automated, outsourced, or kept as-is for the user to do themselves. It provides step-by-step tutorials on how to automate/outsource the identified tasks. The goal is to help entrepreneurs work 80% less by eliminating repetitive, frequent tasks that don’t require deep expertise.
It analyzes the time required, frequency, and level of skill needed for each task to make recommendations.

THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:

I came up with the idea when i realized I can help solopreneurs and entrepreneurs work 80% less while increasing their productivity and profits.

WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:

It is designed specifically for solopreneurs who have to manage all aspects of their business themselves on a daily basis. It is also meant for entrepreneurs with small teams of around 10 people that they can delegate tasks to. The platform caters to non-technical users who want a ready-made solution that handles the technical implementation.

By integrating with their tools, it analyzes their tasks and provides automation/delegation options they can implement without needing technical expertise themselves. For solopreneurs, it allows them to offload and streamline many routine tasks so they can focus on core business activities. For small teams, it optimizes workforce utilization by pinpointing which tasks are best automated, delegated, or kept in-house.

LESSONS TO SHARE: What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?:

Don’t try to guess and create the product that you want. The best approach for us has been to focus on speed and iterations to identify what our audience really wants. Come up with an MVP and put it out there: it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Survey your audience on how they like the product and how they are benefiting from it.
Look at the numbers: numbers will very often tell you what people actually like and that can allow you to pivot.
