Modern web applications evolve fast, breaking traditional test automation tools that depend on fragile DOM selectors. QA teams waste countless hours maintaining tests instead of improving product quality. Docket AI solves this by using vision-based browser agents that understand UIs visually, like humans do.
By combining computer vision with natural language, Docket can autonomously test any web interface, including complex dashboards, editors, and canvas elements, without requiring code-level maintenance.
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
The idea for Docket came while working on web applications where every UI update broke hundreds of automated tests. Maintaining scripts became more time-consuming than writing new features.
Realizing that human testers use visual cues — not DOM paths — inspired the idea of an AI agent that “sees” the web as a user would. By leveraging advances in computer vision and large language models, Docket was born to bring human-like understanding and adaptability to automated testing.

Docket is built for software teams, QA engineers, and product managers who want reliable automated testing without constant maintenance. Our customers include startups, SaaS companies, and enterprise dev teams that deploy updates weekly or daily.
They’re typically located in North America, Europe, and Asia, across industries like fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce — wherever teams value faster releases, higher reliability, and reduced QA overhead.

Solve a painful, recurring problem. The best products come from firsthand frustration — we built Docket after living the pain of flaky automation.
Build with users, not just for them. Early testers and customer feedback shaped our roadmap far better than assumptions.
Focus on differentiation early. Competing tools abound, but our unique combination of vision and language understanding made us stand out in a crowded automation market.
