THE IDEA: What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?:
We are solving following problems:-
1) What if a patient finds a closed clinic or a clinic where doctor is not available at an emergency situation?
2) What if a person requires medical attention at night and he don’t know which clinic is open or not?
3) If a person relocate to other city or place and he requires medical attention but he doesn’t know which clinic he needs to visit as he doesn’t know about specialist doctor in that locality. e.g. a dentist.
4)We have many tools which helps us to find clinic address and timing but there is no single tool which helps to check about the real-time status of a doctor.
5)Online appointment booking, video calling feature and chat support these are not the 100% solution of the problem, what if i book a appointment and in between doctor left his clinic? what if the doctor doesnt pick my video call? what if i will not get instant reply of a doctor on chat support feature?
6)What if a patient requires a chemist shop visit at night?
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
In 2019, I was with my friend, he was not well. I bought some medicines from the nearest chemist shop but after little time he told me to take him to a doctor.
We approach around more then 5 clinics but we were not able to find any doctor. It was around 12 pm, there were too many patients who waited outside the clinic. So after this incident i tried to solve this problem and it was like two years now and i am still struggling but i will make this thing happen soon.
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:
On our platform patient and doctor both will signup to avail our services. For patients, it is completely free but for doctors we have three packages INR 1499/- for 3 months, INR 2599/- for 6 months and INR 4799/- for 12 months after a 15 days free trial.
We provide a good platform for everyone to gain profit be it doctors, investors but especially to the patients who can reach out to any nearby clinic in no time.
Our main customer is sitting in a clinic – yes, the doctor.
