Pandada AI fixes this pain by turning natural-language questions into instant, reliable insights across spreadsheets, PDFs, presentations, and public web data—all in one place—so users can go from raw data to confident decisions up to 10× faster, without manual work or technical expertise.

THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:

The idea for Pandada AI came from firsthand frustration with how slow and complex data analysis still is—especially for people who need answers, not dashboards.

While working on data-heavy projects across business, research, and product analysis, our founder repeatedly saw the same problem: critical data was scattered across spreadsheets, PDFs, presentations, and public sources, yet turning it into clear insights required hours of manual cleanup, formulas, or technical tools like SQL and Python.

Even simple questions often meant switching between tools, double-checking calculations, and rebuilding charts from scratch.

What stood out wasn’t just the inefficiency—but the fact that most people asking data questions didn’t need more tools;they needed fewer barriers.

The breakthrough came with a simple question:“What if analyzing data worked the same way as asking a question?”

That idea became Pandada AI—a platform where users can upload messy, real-world data in any common format and instantly get accurate charts and insights by asking in plain language. From the beginning, the focus was on speed, reliability, and trust: one workspace, one click, and results users can rely on without endless verification.

1. Solve a real pain you’ve personally felt

Pandada AI started because we experienced the frustration of slow, messy, and error-prone data analysis ourselves.

Building from a problem you truly understand helps you focus on what matters, say no to distractions, and design solutions that feel intuitive to users. If you don’t feel the pain deeply, it’s easy to build features instead of value.

2. Simplicity is harder—but it’s the real differentiator

Turning complex data work into a “one-click” or natural-language experience took far more effort than adding advanced features. The biggest lesson was that users don’t want more power—they want less friction. The best products hide complexity, not showcase it.

3. Talk to users earlier than feels comfortable

Some of our most important product decisions came from early user feedback, not internal assumptions. Sharing unfinished ideas and listening closely helped us avoid building the wrong things. Speed of learning matters more than speed of building—especially in the early stages.
