Jay Sen has decades of experience building efficient & reliable data platforms for both large enterprises and startups. He has worked and led teams on all layers of data stack that enables businesses to leverage their data.

Currently he leads data analytics organization at PayPal as a principal, director of software engineering that builds services to leverage and manage hundreds of petabytes of data. He is very passionate about building highly scalable, efficient & reliable data platforms that delivers best possible value to the customers.
