Affordable omnichannel messaging worldwide, building a TCPA compliant list for text message marketing and bringing intelligent omnichannel messaging to IoT, the Metaverse, and the Blockchain.
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
SMS-iT was built as a result of feedback we received from customers, when we launched the beta version of iNbox-iT, our Smart Email Marketing SAAS platform, in early January 2021.
Customers made us understand that although they loved email marketing, they preferred SMS and MMS marketing, because of the 95% open rate, and no SPAM traps.
We also got to understand the pain points of customers, eg, the high cost of sending bulk SMS messages, and how to build an SMS mailing list with explicit consent when you dont have any SMS list to begin with.
This was why we built SMS-iT, as it completely solves all the pain points and complaints we received from customers during our several surveys.
