Qwaiting is a queue management system that helps in organizing and operating waiting lines and also visitants flow digitally.

It assists in lessening foot traffic and supporting social distance to minimize risks. Staff will be easily able to manage services by knowing that who are their visitors and why are they coming.

QUESTION 2: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:

Long Queue is something that has always bothered me. And I knew that other people feel the same way. That’s how I came up with the idea of Qwaiting. If a line seems to be too long, most customers will choose to put their shopping back and walk out the doorway.

The target customers are Banks, Hospitals, Clinics , Educational Institutions, Retail Stores and Restaurants. They are located globally but mainly in countries like – Singapore, Hong-Kong, Philippines , Russia .
