THE IDEA: What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?:
Theincircle.com is social employment platform categorically for Industrial staffing and Factory owners wherein they hire workers/labours by use of website.
Through its platform solving the problem of hiring Blue Collar Workers (mainly – manufacturing & construction, SMBs) which currently depends upon the friends and relatives of workers (word of mouth) employed in the factories/industries, by hanging signage board outside their factories or through contractors.
THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
We were visiting Industrial areas around Delhi NCR and there we saw that almost every other factories had signage board hanging outside asking for required workers.
For all the workers / labours to get jobs in SMBs (manufacturing concerns) they go factory to factory asking for jobs OR these labours / workers were getting jobs through their relatives/ friends.
Therefore to help these workers Theincircle.com build the platform to easily register and apply jobs directly to employers.
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:
SMBs who are running their manufacturing concerns at various Industrial Areas. We are getting job openings from Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore etc. Other customers will be businesses in the constructions industry who are looking for helper & labours.
LESSONS TO SHARE: What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?:
1. The first and foremost is to have best team along your side. I believe if you have a good balance in your management team, every challenge on the journey gets exciting.
2. Secondly to keep innovating and experimenting. This will always help in curating the best product.
3. Last if you are new to entrepreneurship / starting up, you should have mentors to guide you best in situations.
