As of 2019, I no longer accept spending half my time searching my way through document management systems and inboxes to understand my team’s progress on projects. So I decided to make the most relevant information as visual and intuitive as possible.
WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:
Our typical user is member of a team working on projects from several locations or organizations. The projects of our customers concern as well the innovation as the digital transformation and roll-out of solutions.
LESSONS TO SHARE: What 3 key lessons from your startup journey you’d like to share with aspiring entrepreneurs?:
– Prepare for the long run, the journey is way longer than you imagine.
– Take into account external advice but keep its own direction
– It is not the idea that is most valuable, it is the work around it
