THE IDEA: What is the problem being solved by your startup / business?:

Companies are subscribed to too many softwares and tools to manage their business process. It is very expensive, rigid and not flexible. And still a lot of companies are still using google sheets/forms or Microsoft Excel to manage their business manually.

What we discovered is that behind all those softwares and tools – The coding and infrastructure they are all very similar. They are like lego blocks but in different colours and skins.

We essentially break the various code base that represent the different use cases/functions from different softwares into small building blocks (we call them plugins) and allow users to drag and drop into our workflow builder and build whatever business process they need.

THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:

I love exploring how modern technology or processes can improve the traditional ways of doing things and challenging the status quo.

Currently working on a no-code platform (Forma) that aims to empower non-technical individual regardless of their role or function to be able to build customised workflows for any of their business process.

WHO IS THE CUSTOMER: What is the typical profile of your target customer? Where would they be located?:

SMBs, SaaS, Startups – Anyone in the company

Forma as a product is a powerful drag and drop workflow builder that gives complete control to the users to build whatever business process they need.

Our workflow builder is powered by three main modules Plugins – Representing the different features behind all those softwares Forms – Allow users to easily create data effectively for their workflows Database – Allows users to store information/data and use customised workflows to streamline their process and data flow Forma is the “Lego of Business Processes”
