THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
After being one of the first to successfully combine online & offline retail shopping (in the Netherlands), and heading up Sales & Business Development for the leading 3D Printing marketplace & service bureau Shapeways, Pieter started Mobilo in late 2019.
Bothered by the inefficiency of the paper business card, he launched in NYC and quickly grew the team to 16 people, spread over 4 continents. Mobilo has been used over 250,000 times in 160 countries.

Mobilo is smart and contactless. It allows you to share your contact details without contact and automatically sync leads with your CRM. You can choose from various NFC powered card materials that all have a QR code on the back, which is very useful during a video call.
