THE FOUNDER’S STORY: When and how did you come up with the idea for the business?:
Jay Whitehead: Serial technology and media entrepreneur with 18 startups and 6 exits. Education: UCLA and Harvard Business School.
My first tech boss was Steve Jobs, who I assisted as part of a small team that launched the Lisa Computer, the predecessor to the Mac in 1983. I am a dual US-French citizen, and have completed 88 marathons toward my goal of 100 of the 26.2-mile races.
